All appointments cancellations require 24 hour advance notice to avoid fee

 

NEW CLIENTS: We require a non-refundable exam deposit of $78 to book your first appointment here at Riverwood. If you cancel the appointment without giving 24 hour advanced notice, you will have pay an additional  $78 deposit to reschedule. If you cancel and do not wish to reschedule, you will have a $78 credit here that can be used for non-prescription items. 

 

EXISITNG CLIENTS: Missed appointments or cancelling without giving 24 hour notice will incur a $78 fee that will need to be paid prior to rescheduling. 

 

SURGERY AND PROCEDURES: Cancellations for surgeries and procedures require a 3-business-day notice. Missed appointments or cancellations within this period will incur a $160 fee.
